Review: Rimmel 60 Seconds

Bonjourno!

I've been non-stop wearing the Rimmel 60 Seconds nail polishes recently!

Left to right: Instyle Coral (415) : Shocker (270) : Grey Matter (805) : Sky High (825)

Like I said before, I have literally worn these non-stop. I love them! They're so easy to just paint on and go!

The coverage from these varnishes is brilliant! You never have to apply more than two coats... Never! Most of the time I only have to apply one reasonably thick coat to achieve a solid block of colour, with no streaks.

Consistency-wise, they're quite.. Wet. However, they don't run after application and before drying, because they're designed to dry in one minute, meaning that the drying process begins instantly. Also, they're thick enough to leave an even coat, but thin enough to dry within the specified time.

Chipping: the four letter word of nail polishes. I'm not going to lie, they won't last a week. However, they do last for, on average, 4 - 5 days. Personally, that's the perfect amount of time, because I get bored after about a week of the same nail colour.

The brush is rather fantastic! It's wider than an ordinary brush, and it seems to hold more product than any of my other polishes. It also covers the majority of the nail in one go, however, that does make it difficult to paint the little fingernail without making a mess.

The main selling point to me is the price. They're only £3.69 each! I cannot believe how cheap (and amazing) they are! I don't tend to shop in any other drugstores than Boots, so I can't comment on prices elsewhere, but Boots stock them at £3.69.

I recommend buying these more than anything! They have, seven or eight colours (I think?!), I only have four, but I'm pacing myself so I can enjoy each one.

Have you tried these? What did you think of them?

Thank you for reading!
