This week's aim was to drink more water to stop headaches and premature tiredness.
Success or failure?
Success!!! Finally, I came up trumps!
I've found that filling up bottles of water and leaving them by my bed and on my desk encourages me to drink them. Also, I'll quite often pick one up on my way out because, when I go shopping, I don't drink enough water and end up getting a huge headache.
I recently had a rather large (hormonal) breakout around my chin, but apart from that, my skin is a lot less dull and feels softer.
My dark circles have reduced slightly... But not enough to make me happy with the appearance of them. Any tips for reducing dark circles are very very welcome!
