This week's aim was to snack less.
Success or failure?
Ultimately, failure.
I just cannot help myself! I have severely cut down on my snack intake, however, I haven't achieved the goal that I set in my mind.
I think my problem is that I decided I just wasn't going to snack at all, leaving me an ultimatum that frightened the hell out of me. I should have replaced my bad snacks with good snacks, etc... But I didn't.
Have no fear! I shall persevere with my snacking (or not snacking!) adventure. One day... I shall succeed!
