Current beauty favourites

Bonjourno, my dears!
So, I was thinking earlier about how I wanted to write another blog post, but I had no idea what to do it on. I know everyone says it's better to let it come naturally but, oh well!

I wouldn't say I'm a completely beautified person, but I like to take care of myself and I've recently found a few excellent products that I'd like to share with you all.
These products aren't by any means new, or whatever, they're just what works for me.

Okay, so I have a really tough time trying to find a concealer that really works. I don't get enough sleep most nights, and therefore, end up paying the price in the morning, when I have really bad dark circles. It seems like I've been searching my whole life, trying to find the perfect concealer, and this one is definitely the best one yet. It's by Collection 2000, and is called Illuminating Touch. I think it was around the £7 - 8 mark, which I was quite happy to pay. I bought it in Glow, 3, which is perfect for my skin tone (without a tan), I'd say I'm middle... But verging on more pale than tanned.
I am so in love with this concealer. I'd say it gives medium to full coverage, which is definitely handy when it comes to eliminating those pesky dark circles! But also, it really brightens the under-eye area. It makes your eyes look sparkly and draws everyone's focus right there. The formula is quite... Runny, so if you're looking for something a bit more easy to apply, I wouldn't bother with this product, however, if you suffer from dark circles, I'd definitely recommend this concealer!

Next up is my daily mascara. I've been using this mascara every day for about 3 months. It's Bourjois' Ultra Curl. It only comes in black, which is fine for me because I don't tend to wear any other colours on my lashes. This mascara is gorgeous, I'd totally recommend to everyone. The brush has a really dramatic curve to it, which really helps to capture those annoying little lashes that refuse to get mascarafied. It's also really versatile; you can use it throughout the day as a normal, every day mascara that just gives you a little boost, or you can add on a few more thick layers to make it really dramatic and glamourous, if you're going out in the evening. I'm pretty sure it's £7.99, which is excellent, and it lasts ages.

Last on the make up list is Natural Collection's bronzing pearls. I have them in Tropical Tan, and all I can say is that they give you the most amazing glow. When you apply it, it doesn't look like you've dipped your face in a jar of marmite, the product doesn't even claim to do that. Everyone thinks it's all about having that perfect tan, and these bronzing pearls do that effortlessly. You could literally just buff on a little bit of that, some mascara, and you'd be good to go. They're also fragrance free, so people with sensitive skin are able to appreciate their glow aswell! I have a feeling that they cost something ridiculous like £3. That's why I love Natural Collection... So affordbale, and I can't fault them.

Finally, which is more skin care than anything else, is the Pink Grapefruit, Visibly Clear moisturiser, from Neutrogena. I have combination skin, and this moisturiser covers it all. I use it morning and evening and it leaves my skin feeling fresh, but cared for. It doesn't leave loads of residue on your skin, and it soaks in really quickly. I don't know how it performs on it's own, I've only used it with the range of Pink Grapefruit products, but I'm sure it'll work fine with whatever skincare routine you have at the moment. It's £4.99 for a 50ml bottle, and I'd recommend this to anyone with oily/combination skin. It's a keeper!

I haven't listed where I bought these four products, but you can definitely find them in Boots, and there's pretty much a Boots everywhere!
Please bear in mind that these are the products that are working for me currently, and they may not work for you as well as they have for me. Although, the mascara is definitely a winner. Please buy it, it's fantastic!

Hope you enjoyed reading!

Au revoir!
