7 aims: Have breakfast every day

Bonjourno! 


This week's aim was to have breakfast every day.


Success or failure?


Complete success! I'm so proud of myself. I've always been the one that doesn't have anything for breakfast, and I truly believe that I gained so much weight because of it. 


I feel so much better for having 3 meals a day; before I felt so tired and... Undernourished, but now I feel more alive. 


I'm pretty sure it's helped my metabolism, and I don't get as bloated when I eat my lunch or dinner.


If you don't have breakfast every day, make an effort to! You'll feel much better for it. Let me know if you try it, and if it makes a difference to your mood and wellbeing.
