So, this week's main aim was to exercise more, whilst concentrating on all 7 aims too.
Success or failure?
Failure. I have to be honest.
I've done no recreational exercise at all. To be fair, I've been at work pretty much all week, and I have walked my dog most days, but that's no more than I usually do.
I'm going to vow to try harder with this one next week, but I'm not making any promises. However, I'm planning on starting morning/evening running, and I may re-join the gym.
